Who we are
KabriTO is a Caribbean-rooted advisory, coaching, and education practice. These terms apply to use of this website and to engagements that originate through the website.
Use of the site
Content is provided for general information. We do our best to keep things accurate, but make no warranty of completeness or freedom from error.
Engagements
Engagements are documented separately in writing. Rates, deliverables, and cancellation terms are set out in the proposal or engagement letter.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount invoiced under the relevant engagement, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Governing law
Engagements are governed by Dutch law, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
